1. Scope

These Terms apply to the purchase of the digital license «ATAS Orderflow Automated Trading Strategy» via ismu.de.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject is the purchase of a digital license for the ATAS Orderflow Automated Trading Strategy (for Futures NQ and ES).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices in CHF. Payment by credit card. The purchase price is due immediately.

4. No Refunds / No Withdrawal

For digital products, after delivery of the ATAS Orderflow Automated Trading Strategy there is no right of return, withdrawal or refund. By purchasing you confirm that you have taken note of this.

5. Delivery

The strategy is delivered digitally by email, usually within a few minutes after payment.

6. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [your city / canton], Switzerland.
